Since founding IVP in 1989, Bob has been a passionate storyteller and dedicated community partner. With over three decades of experience, he has built a trusted name in delivering high-quality video and audio production services. From capturing life’s most meaningful moments to producing compelling content for businesses and organizations, Bob takes pride in helping others bring their stories to life through the power of media, music and more.

Shane is a powerhouse production manager who keeps everything running smoothly. Known for exceptional customer service and an eagle eye for detail, Shane brings professionalism and heart to every project, making him an indispensable part of IVP's success.  He is also an accomplished musician, so don't be surprised if you see him out and about in Lancaster and beyond, rocking it out with his guitar.

With a sharp eye for detail and a knack for seamless scheduling, Josh brings precision and creativity to every project. With roots in radio and a passion for sports, he thrives in fast-paced environments where timing is everything. Known for excellence in both audio and video production, Josh blends his technical expertise with delivering polished content, that resonates across all platforms.

Donnie is a tech-savvy team member with a strong background in computer systems and programming. Beyond his expertise in software and hardware, Donnie plays a vital role in supporting our local events—setting up and managing video and projection screens, PA systems, and more.        His blend of digital know-how and hands-on AV experience makes Donnie an indispensable part of our crew.                   

Tom is a natural storyteller with a sharp eye behind the lens, and has spent years crafting compelling visuals and narratives across television stations throughout Ohio. With a strong foundation in broadcast journalism and a passion for connecting with audiences, he turns everyday moments into unforgettable stories.

A CPA by trade, Beth handles all the financials at IVP Media. You'll also find her doing everything from running stats for our sporting events, or up close and personal running a camera during the production of a Rick Springfield show! Always with a smile, we love having her on the team.                                                                                                        

Jason has seen and done it all at IVP for 30 years! An incredible asset in so many areas, he supports the production team with leveraging experience in on-set assistance, equipment handling, and post-production support. You'll even find him high in the air occasionally with a camera in a boom truck!

Jim has been part of the IVP Sports Team since it's first broadcast in 1990 with the Lancaster Golden Gales Basketball team on Continental Cablevision. He has seen it all, in snow, heavy rain and heat. Nothing phases Jim - he is the smoothest around, and we have been lucky to have him on the team for 35 years!

Meet Paul — a beloved local television host and media personality whose voice and energy have become a staple at community parades, festivals, and special events. Known for his quick wit, warm humor, and genuine connection with people, Paul seems to know everyone in town — and everyone knows him! Beyond the spotlight, he’s a proud Kiwanian, always finding ways to give back and make a difference in the community he loves.

Whether it's football, basketball, volleyball, or track and field - Jared brings excitement and energy to every game he calls with the IVP Sports Team. A talented play-by-play announcer, TV host, and emcee, he's known for his smooth delivery, passion for sports, and genuine love for people.

Off the mic, Jared is a devoted family man and lifelong fan of the Cincinnati Reds & Bengals.

A familiar voice in Ohio high school sports, Tim brings insight and experience to every broadcast as a seasoned color analyst for basketball, football, and more. A retired Lancaster math teacher, a longtime basketball coach, and a baseball umpire, he has spent a lifetime on the sidelines and behind the plate. Known for his deep knowledge, passion for the game, and respected presence across Ohio sports, "Shu" is a true fixture in the local athletic community and beyond.

Mareion brings deep knowledge and on-field experience to the broadcast booth as a seasoned color analyst. A former high school standout in both football and basketball, and a Division I college football player, he knows the game from every angle. Known for his insightful analysis and engaging interviews with coaches and players, Mareion adds depth and personality to every broadcast.
