We specialize in commercial, documentary, industrial, and educational videos, television and sports broadcasting, live-streaming, along with a fully equipped mobile production unit, for live event taping with on-site CD & DVD duplication available. The Talent Behind IVP

Bob Competti is a 1983 graduate of Fisher Catholic High School, attended The University of Dayton and DeVry Institute of Technology receiving his degree in Electronic Engineering. After working at WLGN-Radio in Logan, Bob served as Operations Manager at WWAT-TV53 in Chillicothe for 3 years, before starting Innerphase Video in 1989. Bob resides in Carroll with his wife Beth, children Dominic and Ryan, and enjoys spending time with daughter Erin, son-in-law Patrick, grandson William, and granddaughter Emma.

Amanda Decker joined the Innerphase Video staff in 2013. She has over 13 years experience in customer service and management after graduating from Fairfield Union in 2001. Amanda still resides in the Fairfield Union area with her husband Mike and her children Angel and Deven. You can always expect to be greeted in a professional and upbeat manner. She knows just how to connect with our customers to get them the exact product they want and need. Amanda also runs our wedding division called "Creative Weddings".

Aaron Uhl joined the Innerphase Video staff in 2005. He is a 1997 graduate of Fisher Catholic High School and has a degree in Telecommunications from Ohio University, as well as a degree from Hocking College in Interactive Multimedia. If you need graphic design & layout, duplication work, or any type of media conversion from film to tape, Aaron has probably done it. Additionally, he is our "staff guru" for music, movie and TV trivia. Aaron lives in Lancaster, and enjoys being a DJ for parties and wedding receptions.

As a native of Lancaster Jim George has a passion for providing the very best in customer care and satisfaction. Jim remains on the cutting-edge, driving new business through key accounts and establishing strategic partnerships and client relationships to increase channel revenue. With a well organized track record that demonstrates self-motivation, creativity, and initiative to achieve both personal and corporate goals, the IVP team is privileged to have Jim on board.


Travis Mitchell has been with IVP for many years, and can do it all. A valuable crew member, a great editor with Adobe and Adobe After Effects, Travis possesses more facial hair than the entire staff put together!
John Lucas is a great camera operator for live events, as well as in the truck, John is very diverse.
Jim Spires has run camera for nearly all 20 years of broadcasting sports for IVP.
Jason Roush experienced in the truck or on camera (can wear a lot of hats)
Bryan Callahan the best hand-held field cameraman in the business. (We think he has a secret tripod that we just can't see.)
Dave Bickham In the press box or on camera, Dave does both. (seems to only do football games where rain is involved.)
JT Burcham another "jack-of-all-trades", a great guy to have in your crew.
Eric Obert experienced cameraman who has worked all over the country, with a great eye for the right shot.
Ryan Competti currently studying digital media at DePaul University – also very talented in still photography.
Eron Knece is a great cameraman and has worked all over the state with the IVP crew.
Mark Yarger is a fantastic cameraman, on a tripod or handheld. Has a great eye, and is a pleasure to have on any job.
Norm Silverman has worked with the IVP crew for live staging events including Michael Bolton & Crystal Bowersox...always a pleasure to have Norm.

Jared Stewart host of the IVP show "Safety First", and experienced play-by-play announcer in football, basketball, baseball of volleyball! Jared is a true professional.
Tim Shumaker our field announcer for the past 12 seasons, has recently moved up to the press box to do color commentary.
Jack Greathouse host of the IVP show "STUFF", color commentator for High School Football and basketball.
Jim Competti has been doing play by play for nearly 15 years for high school football and basketball (was All-Ohio himself in hoops in 1987).
Doug McFarland is an experienced color analyst or side line reporter, and is well know in the central Ohio area.
Tom McDonald, long time high school football coach, fills in at color during off nights.
Jack Davidson does a great job whether it's basketball, football, or even soccer - Jack gets in done, and does it well!
